Nutritional Counseling is available by appointment at Jane’s office in San Diego, CA, or by phone or Skype. Each client fills out a Client Information Form, and a three day Food Journal in advance of the appointment so that goals and food choices can be accessed and appropriate education provided during the meeting. Newtrition Programs™ may be offered.
Newtrition Programs™:
The Transitioning Program assists people to move from a current diet to better food choices. During this program a client can go as slowly or as quickly as they choose (2 weeks to 2 months) depending on their health condition.
The Cleansing Program is the most effective way many people begin the healing process. This is not a fast! Consuming food is essential for providing quality nutrients to the cells. Vegetable juices, pureed soups and smoothies, alkaline water, essential fats and oils, and greens are consumed. Cleansing can be done for 3, 5, 7 or 10 days or even longer if someone is experiencing major health challenges.
The Maintenance Program helps people maintain the pH of the blood and tissues in the body to help stave off disease. It is a lifestyle program that includes 80% alkaline foods and 20% acid foods.
Classes:
Food Preparation classes are available for those who want to learn how to prepare healthy meals – cooked or raw food recipes.

SEE THE CONDITION OF YOUR BLOOD WITH A MICROSCOPY SESSION.
Microscopy is a technique which uses a drop of blood from a clients finger to identify the condition of the blood. Using a Microscope with camera attached, clients and the Microscopist can see what is inside the blood by magnifying it on a screen. This unique look inside the blood can show the development of an imbalance pH of the body from the beginning stages to long term health challenges. Many times live and dry blood analysis can show health issues developing long before the symptoms appear in the body.
Microscopy Session (Approx. 1-1/4 hours) $250.00
This session includes viewing your blood on a computer monitor, discribing what is there, and a printed summary report of your blood condition as well as suggestions to improve the health of the blood. Those who follow the Newtrition Program™, have an additional 15 minute follow-up telephone call with this session.
Microscopy Session (1 hour – no print out) $175.00
This session is provided as an update after a client follows a Newtrition Program™ or can be used if a client only wants to see the condition of their blood without a summary report.
